The cooling side is what I was curious about, but the warmth ended up being my favorite too—it starts gentle and builds just right. I like that it's a lay-on design, so I can use it hands-free and just adjust the temperature to match my mood.
The warming function really sets it apart—it starts gentle and builds in a way that feels completely different from anything else I’ve tried. The lay-on shape makes it easy to use without holding it awkwardly, and the heat alone was enough to get me there.
I wasn’t sure about the cooling side at first, but the warming mode is what really sold me — it’s subtle and soothing, perfect for slow evenings. The lay-on shape makes it easy to just relax without any awkward positioning.
